Does anyone have advice for workouts to help my boyfriend get his ass fat without being too hard on joints? He’s a bit disabled (literally) but loves being in the gym everyday and has built some incredible muscle.
He can’t cross his legs like criss cross applesauce, he gets a lot of pain in his knees when doing leg presses and pain in his shins when he runs. He’s capable of a lot since he’s learned to walk again he just needs something that is like less hard on joints

Unfortunately he is at a higher risk for complications so we’ve decided against a bbl - though we have both concurred it would probably look awesome in theory
