Why tf did 275 feel just barely heavy enough on bench, but then I failed 300? It must be that 300 feels too foreign to the CNS since I have not lifted heavy in so long.

300 is a bigger number than 275

Then do steroids. All there is to this game is time there’s very little you can do to noticeably speed up your progress if your sleep/diet/and training are already dialed in

Nah, I wanna do it all natty. I wanna bench 315 while lean and able to do cardio all natty. I know it takes longer, but good things take patience

Lmao. I was just saying that a 25 lbs difference should not feel THAT much different

25 pounds is a lot of weight lmao, don’t just jump up that much and expect to nail it.

But 275 didn't feel that heavy and I've done 290 many times before

Could be a lot of things then. Fatigue from the 275 attempt, inconsistent form, your body just not being used to the weight of 300 (most likely)
