i feel incredibly slow lol. i always wondered how tf you’re supposed to lose fat by burning more cals than you consume bc i “never lose 2K cals in the gym” but i just read about bmr😔I apologize.

Yeah like 70% of the calories you burn in a day would be burned regardless of if you exercised or were completely sedentary just to keep you alive. It’s also why diet matters so much more than exercise, because the impact of burning calories is relatively small.
