Can I train legs everyday, with pull and push focus? If so, is this a good plan, and how many times a week should I work out? Ex: 2x6 barbell squat 3x10 RDL’s 3x10 lat pulldowns 3x10 db curls

Yeah absolutely, I’d do some core and mobility every day too. But one day do single leg work and the other day do work w both legs. Alternate your push and pulls, take 1-2 days of rest between each session.

yes but don’t overdo it with weight (everyday) you will not see the same progress as you do with having rest days trust🙏

If you’re gonna be doing the same exercises for a good while I really recommend doing 2x20 on your sets, unless you want to body build and then this wouldn’t be the best split for that to begin with

Include some smaller movements in your warmup like some regular and single arm band pull aparts and some glute work. But make sure you do both a vertical and horizontal push and pull each day. Like a db overhead press and a db flat bench, or a lat pulldown and a chest supported row.
