
Yessir 2 years ago I was in great shape, benching 175, deadlift conventional 355, squat only 255…but I got injured and never recovered gym-wise…2026 I’m coming back though 💪 Kinda crappy though because dips, horizontal flys, and a few other movements still hurt my shoulder ligament, there’s other exercises tho ig…good luck soldier
I’m chasing 405 bench 550 squat 700 deadlift rn, 10k a month and a pro bodybuilding card, currently 19 and approaching all. Should have all of them before 2027. Next goal after that is 100k a month 500+ bench 700+ squat 800+ deadlift. Definitely won’t be natural at that point but 🤷♂️
