Alrighty ladies and gentleman. I’m a big bitch. Like 260 and 5’3. I’m in college and the only movement I do is to walk my dog and hike for work. I’m decently active but I need help fixing what I eat. Any tips that can be passed down?

If you do not want to track and weigh everything you eat, make your meals smaller in volume. So, if you eat 3-4 meals a day, try taking out a side or two or even taking out a meal instead. However, if you for whatever reason cannot do this, walk more than you do now everyday.

time block your eating, only between 12-1 and 7-8 for example

The vast majority of wasted calories is boredom eating. If you can keep yourself busy or not have a lot of bad food in the dorm you’ll significantly decrease the number of calories you eat just bc it’s there!
