
non scale victories! hitting new PRs, fitting into different clothes, having more endurance, taking progress photos, etc. you could also try keeping measurements of different spots on your body, like you waist, chest, arms, but this could also end up being toxic for you, so be careful when it comes to that. try a few things and find what works for you. i stopped using the scale months ago and i feel like my progress has only gotten better. you got this!
