Being 5’2, i feel like the line to getting fit is so difficult to navigate. Like idk what to improve, but i gota keep going. I hit 200lbs. Im down to 157 and built some muscle. I just now am struggling with the eating balance to keep going further.

You got this! Any improvement is good improvement. The most powerful factor isn’t how much you eat, or how much you lift: it’s how much time you dedicate to your progress. Don’t feel let down by all the photos and videos online: those are people who spent years working on their body. Just the fact that you’ve lost 45 lbs (25% of your weight!) is amazing; now you have to take it a bit further. Eat more protein. Instead of running further, increase the inclination. Minor changes will make gains!

Same as anybody else, except you’ll be able to build muscle a bit easier. Just keep cutting down while steadily building muscle, and when you’re a bit more lean go all in on muscle building, while maintaining a good weight. I made that sound a lot easier than it is but keep up the hard work and just show up every day!

Counting calories is good but sometimes with dining halls you gotta just get stuff you know is low in fat and high in protein and send it This is coming from someone who started really skinny tho so I kinda have a different perspective on it And yeah caffeine is awesome for a bunch of reasons I’m definitely addicted but stay withing daily limits and you’ll be good
