Aight, as a girl, I did overtrain my core (I'm addicted to hitting weighted core) and now it's all bulky and chunky and blocky like some swole man 😭 and I fatigued tf out of my abdominals so they're all sore and swollen rn so I look bloated as fudge

100lb rotary torso, 100lb ab crunch chair, 95lb cybex ab crunch machine I do at least 3x15-20 on 2/3 5x per week
