I have a chance to work with someone who will tell me exactly what to eat and will plan my workouts. My sister has done it’s and looks completely different after a year. She’s lost 10 pounds every month but idk why I’m scared. Should I do it?
Sounds like a solid personal trainer, although that’s kind of a lot of weight to be losing (10/month -> 120 over a year?)

If their sister was very large it’s possible, the more overweight someone is the more quickly they can shed weight at least to start, and it slows down the lower you get
