These photos were taken 30hours apart I just had a 20,000 binge. How long will it take me to recover and how do I avoid binge eating in the future?

When I used get high I’d freak out about eating a lot so I found every trick I could find. Next time you get high, mix at least 2-3 flavors of gum and you won’t be eating. I know a guy who got two very berry ice cubes and a watermelon bubba gum (the one with the duck) and it’s very sweet.

The thing that has worked the best for me is just not having a ton of junk food in the house and more fruits and veggies, like I’ll try to only have one type of treat at a time. Foods that are individually wrapped might help too. I like oatmeal cream pies so I’ll have only have a box of those at a time and then it’s easier to stop when they’re in their own packaging in my experience.

First, I recommend to stop tracking and restricting any foods for a while and journaling when you feel binges coming on, and how you feel after. This will allow you to see patterns in your behavior and prevent future binges. Make sure you don’t weigh yourself during this period. When you’re ready increasing your daily calories and embracing slow weight gain and bulking. Even though the concept of gaining weight seems scary, it’s way better than binging and restricting.

i second what everyone else has said. I fought it for a long ass time but I made the decision to try glp1 medication, which is alright. Vyvanse for adhd is also used to treat binge eating. I’m on both and it’s crazy how much more room i have to think, my thoughts aren’t dominated by food noise and i eat when i’m hungry like everyone else and i stop when im full it’s really been great for me.

If you went from top to bottom in 30 hours, you may have been doing excessive exercising. You probably need professional help or this could turn into an eating disorder like binge eating disorder or bulimia nervosa

Bro, yesterday I had 4 gallons of ice cream two boxes of Girl Scout cookies and every fucking thing else like I just couldn’t stop eating. I got high for the first time in a couple months and just ate like mad.

high volume low calorie foods (watermelon, popcorn, etc etc) and drinking more water/ diet or low cal drinks. Before you do that make sure you’re fueling enough. You might be underfueling and causing yourself to binge 🙏

Also I’d give yourself a day and make sure you run a lot. Stay hydrated. You are pretty fit so you got the muscles memory to weight lift (do that after running).
