Opinions on zercher squats? I’ve had 3 torn acl’s and have a fourth right now but no surgery. Trying to build up quads to protect my knees. want to try but haven’t heard a whole lot about them

I’m not one to shit on zerchin’ it (I love them I’ve hit 425) but there are definitely more convenient/effective ways to get a little bit of quad development
