I lost 45 pounds but I’m skinny fat. I lift hard/cardio 4-5 times a week, eat a whole food diet 80/20 (no tracking, but I lost the first 30 lbs by tracking) how can I get the fat to go. I want to be toned.

More protein. Progressive overload.

Maybe start tracking again, prioritize sleep too and for me a noticed a big change when I stopped drinking alcohol
