Eating soups REALLY helps me bc they are SUPER low cal and big portions help me feel fuller I’m Mexican so I made something called “caldo de res” the ENTIRE pot was only 1000 calories and it could last me for DAYS

okay gonna sound crazy but i was a D1 wrestler, for burning fat, celery is your friend. Look into thermogenic foods, you can have as much of those as your stomach can hold
