
2 is right, I did an extreme calorie deficit, I also walked a lot and basically I’ve been doing 45 min in the treadmill with an incline of 9 and speed of 2.5 and then elliptical for 45 min with an incline of 9 and resistance of 5. I do this everyday and I started with inclines at like 5-6 then gradually moved up. Ur supposed to feel like ur dying. Then I am 4 11 I don’t eat more than 1200 cals a day for the most part, I had some cheat days
My average on steps is 16k-22k per day because I live on a college campus and take longer routes. I also started this when I was fasting for religious reasons and basically ate the same things all semester. I haven’t had pizza (maybe 1-2 times) and I haven’t had burgers (again maybe 1-2 times) I cut those cuz they are high cals and I volume eat so if u get a popcorn bag normally it’s 150 cals max which is low so If im really hungry I’ll do that. Then I’ll eat fruit then a bunch of fried chicken
