Im 6’3, 295, my ex went back to her ex, so I’ve been depressed and he (her boyfriend) wants to potentially fight me for some reason. I can deadlift 535, squat 400 and bench 275, how do I drop my weight to 250, 240ish, I’ve never done it before? Any tips?

Calorie deficit for cutting weight, eat less than you burn. For the fight I’d suggest exercising your American freedom and protect yourself

Bro what do you gain from fighting him? It’s not worth it. Hes a distraction. Stay locked in the gym

Bro that’s kind of a shitty situation but yeah to lose weight I know you need to be in a calorie deficit and try to keep it protein rich to keep muscle growth. I’m just getting back into the gym myself I’m sitting at 6’8 335

You could easily throw his ass across the room in a fight 😂

It’s more of a “”I don’t want to fight him, but if he shows up on my front lawn type of a situation, honestly I might sit on my roof and throw water balloons at him

There’s apps you can use that track it, most things say it on a nutrition label too. You just have to figure out your maintenance amount and stay under that

Ahhh yeah, he’s not bullet proof and it’s not like I’m afraid of him, he bleeds the same blood I do

Just remember this isn’t worth changing someone else’s life or your own. You’re better off putting this energy towards something more positive for yourself, but I can’t prevent what’s not in front of my eyes. God bless 🫡

^If ur not trained to fight take him to the ground and use ur size to advantage assuming he doesn't know bjj or whatever, slam him, pick him up etc. don't try to dodge and punch him back lol

I’ve been in plenty of fights, I’m not afraid to fight him, I’m quite good at fighting, but I hate the person I become when I fight. I stopped talking to her, they’re going out the way to talk to me for what ever reason (Shes pissed I blocked her when everything ended)
