Do forearms recover fast enough to train them every time I’m at the gym (4 days with rest day on Wednesday) also are wall sits a good finisher for leg days?

I'm not sure what the purpose of a wall sit would be. It's not driving hypertrophy As for the forearms Q, I'm not sure, but doesn't hurt to try

In my experience arms generally recover very quickly so I’d say try it and if you aren’t feeling too sore all good otherwise drop a few days
