I also walk 20-25 k steps on top lifting 4 days a week and cardio so I need 3200-3500 most days so thatโ€™s why itโ€™s pretty high

Yeah makes sense I do cardio after lifting and get about 10k steps man I wish my deficit was 2000k at least ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ
