Volume eat low calorie/optimal foods, and increase your cardio. It'll balance out. Eat big plain nonfat yogurt bowls with yummy protein powder mixed in, chia seeds, blueberries, and Catalina crunch. Some entire family sized bags of popcorn are 550cals. Get more fiber in, it staves off food cravings/hunger.

Chew your food until it becomes mushy-liquid. Take smaller and slower bites. Use smaller bowls/plates for your meals and eat with smaller utensils

An entire pint of Nick's ice cream is 250-390cals with 0 added sugar, decent protein, and it actually tastes good
