as a girl i can proudly say i will never be able to do a bicep curl with a 30+ weight. i work out regularly, but i fear my arms refuse to actually get stronger, they just look pretty

Yeah there's something wrong with your training if 30 pound dumbbell curls seem unobtainable

You will definitely be able to curl 30's if you're nutrition and training is dialed in

It’s all in technique. But also just curl what you can and do it repetitively. 10 pounds will feel like 30 after a lot of reps
