just learned that you shouldn’t exercise right before bed… currently awake at 3am eating rice cakes because i woke up sweating and clenching my jaw because of what i presume to be low blood sugar😭

yeah I think my psychiatrist said you need 3 hours to allow activating neurochemicals that are generated when working out to wear off before bed.
