As a fellow student Just be consistent and disciplined. I eat good 80% of the time and the weekend is when I usually don’t lock in as much but still quite healthy

Don’t follow a maximalist lifting plan. Full body 3x a week is still very effective.

i agree. I still do PPL tho but I cut back on all the junk volume i used to do back in HS
