Very nice, I would focus heavily on some more lats to frame out your chest, and simple flat bench on a slight decline and standing chest flies will build your lower chest to give your well-developed shoulders and upper chest a shelf to rest on and look big

As for abs, some simple leg raises (straight legged, not knees to chest) will build abs and give waist more definition

I’ve been hitting bench hard recently sometimes twice a week. But focusing on the movement and adding weight but I’m not sure what’s the hold up. I do lack on protein intake sometimes tho probably not helping
