Okay this is a kinda weird situation but my and my kinda ex are living together until march. How do I lose the most weight between now and then? I want to look really hot by the time we move separately. Since being with him I gained 50 lbs

1. Ask chatGPT for an estimate on your maintenance calories based on your weight, height, age, sex, daily step count (set a daily step count and hit it consistently) and how often you lift 2. Take that number, and subtract 500-1000 calories 3. Download cronometer, buy a food scale, and record EVERYTHING that enters your body

Weight loss happens in the kitchen not the gym, twice a week weightlifting to improve overall body structure but caloric deficit for example I used to eat 3,000 cal now I eat 12-1300 a day I’ve lost 90 lbs in two 1/2 years

you burn more calories doing cardio/bodyweight exercises versus heavy weight lifting. especially if you want the lean look, cardio is the way to go. personally sprinting in 30 second increments has worked for me really well when it came to a slimmer figure!!

Gang idk why this turned into an AI vs Google thing, AI is here to stay, might aswell use it for a good purpose instead of the ai slop advertisements or ai corn that’s out there these days real talk

This is actually a pretty good use of AI because you can be more specific with your daily activity than a generalized “very active” “active” “sedentary” category that most calculators use

u don’t need ai to calculate that, just use google

Again, if you’re using the search engine, it isn’t going to give you a specific answer, it is going to refer you to sources that ARE NOT specific to you individually

do NOT do this. there are plenty of websites that you can do this with WITHOUT ruining the planet, just google macro calculator and the top 3 are great. Regardless of the number you do get you will probably have to tweak it within a few weeks based on your results

It’s 70° in January, in states it usually snows in and is below freezing. Using ai for stupid shit you can use your own brain for is making you dumber AND uses a full bottle of water with every prompt*16oz if you’re as dumb as i think you are

No fr. Like it or not, we’re entering a world where the use of AI is going to be required to keep up. I’m not saying to be a fucking moron and use it to do all of your thinking for you, but in these cases where you’re trying to deal with specific numbers that only apply to you, it’s actually a pretty great tool
