Rally struggling with time management, I need to work a part time job, do my masters, lift regularly, train my sport and still maintain my relationship. IM COOKED does anyone have advice? Don’t wanna give it up but feel like I’m drowning

Reading about buddhism (Esp Thich Nhat Hanh) helped me tremendously to calm down and savor my free time better / enjoy my obligations more w the same stuff to balance as you. Also blocked major social media everywhere cause it fucks up your perspective
