I’m someone who enjoys to eat pizza a lot and other snacks here and there and I’m out of shape…what’s the best way to combat the hunger and eating less? What’s some methods bc I want to do stuff while going to the gym

Meats are usually super filling, and just being more choosy about what snacks you’re eating. I eat a TON and keep my weight relatively down by making sure most of my meals are protein and vege based

Gum, lot of water, chia seeds for fiber and they help fill you up. Get protein substitutions for snacks like the protein version. Eat junk food in moderation. If you ate 3 slices eat 1/2. Diet sodas too
