In short, we don’t know. There isn’t enough data to be able to say long term clinical health outcomes at the moment. Retatrutude is in the glp-1 family though so we can see that it is entirely possible it causes lean tissue loss like the other 2, however since there are no long term clinical studies or post market data rn we are not sure
