Tracking protein AND fiber is what made the deficit a habit btw. I still want things but I don’t CRAVE them like I’ll die if I don’t eat it. Down 11.39lbs in 2.5 months. I workout 5-6 times a week too, but nothing crazy. It rlly is mostly diet.

What's ur daily protein and fiber goals? and what are the main foods you eat to hit these goals

Protein: 120-150g, Fiber: 25-30g. Normal fiber intake is all anyone needs, doesn’t need as much variance as protein. 4 servings of vegetables a day helps, mixed in with other foods that have small amounts of protein and fiber. Fiber is what helped control my glucose levels, which got rid of that all or nothing feeling with cravings.
