what do yall think are the best ways to improve cardio? i’ve never been into it, i get out of breath easily, and when i try to run i LAWAYS get a side stitch and then stop. i rly badly want to get into cardio but ive never found any of it enjoyableI start slow with my runs and gradually increase the speed! That works for me, personally. I up the speed at 0.8miles, then again at 1mile and usually cap it at 1.5miles (I lose my period when I run more than that per day 🙄) Gradually work up to higher speeds on the stair master! I started at 6-7-8, and now I'm at 10-12-13!
