Trying to add cardio into my routine how do y’all do that without killing gains.

i have days where i just go on runs instead, and then i’ll do sprints at the end. i used to start my workouts with runs but i try to limit that now.

Exactly. If the lifts feel solid and you’re losing weight then you’re chilling. You can gain muscle while losing weight, especially at 35%
