Just eat more and it won’t kill gains. Thats a myth
i have days where i just go on runs instead, and then i’ll do sprints at the end. i used to start my workouts with runs but i try to limit that now.
Ok fair but I’m trying to add cardio cause I’m like 35% body fat eating better / less with my cardio
as long as you’re hitting your protein quota you’re not gonna ruin your gains trust
Exactly. If the lifts feel solid and you’re losing weight then you’re chilling. You can gain muscle while losing weight, especially at 35%
Or you could go and do cardio on your non lift days
