how do you get yourself to enjoy the gym? i’ve been going 5-6 times a week for the past 8ish months and it’s still the worst part of my day. like i absolutely hate every second of it and i think it’s hurting my progress

Well I would pick movements that I like, cut down the days and increase the volume. If your super sick of it you could just need a week off

The best workout plan is the one that you can make yourself do, other than that just look at the positives from it and try not to dread it
