U can’t get bulky shoulders unless ur on a huge bulk, women’s genetics don’t work that way

you probably won't get too bulky, and even if you do it's pretty easy to lose muscle. just stop hitting shoulders and after a few months you'll be where you prefer. NEVER let the fear of bulk stop you before you actually get bulky!

Unless you’re both (1) on steroids AND (2) have crazy good genetics, you will never get “too bulky”. So yeah, keep pushing! You’ve got this!

you won’t look bulky, it’s soooo hard to build up shoulder muscle enough to “look bulky”, keep pushing!!
