if i’m 5’2 about 145 what should my deficit be.? I burn about 1,900 cals on days i don’t workout and 2,600 + on days i do. Tdee calc says 1450 a day but chat (sorry 😔) says i should be eating close to 1800
5’3 male. When I cut from 165, I did 1200 and shed 30 in a month and a half without loosing too much strength. 1800 would definitely take too long

1800 just feels too high, whenever i track im usually always in the 1400 and im wondering if thats actually halting my progress ? my goal is body recomp

a 500 cal deficit is pretty standard and optimal. it sounds like you’re pretty much there right now, if not more. im in a 600-700 daily deficit atm
