I know my creations aren’t for everyone, some people may want better macros or would prefer to have a cheat day, I just try to stay in the 10:1 ratio range and offer ideas for people who maybe want to shake things up a bit or indulge a sweet tooth without having to feel like they’re breaking their consistency, and maybe add some unique content to this thread

try marshmellow fluff on it I put it in my yogurt or on the kodak waffles it’s low cal and adds a lot of flavor!

Naw man I’m sorry. I was hating on you for no reason. This looks tasty and I’m glad you shared it. I’ll give it a try next time I got pancake mix. Nothing wrong with trying new things.
