I’m an 18 year old girl who’s had a lot of weight fluctuations over the past 6 years. I’ve been lifting for a while, but it’s hard to get back into it in college. I’m stuck at the same BMI, I used to be consistent but college is messing that up. Any tips?

Well the first place you're going wrong is giving a damn about BMI. It completely ignores different body types and body fat %. It lists body builders as morbidly obese. Just don't.

My advice is while you're getting used to college, just focus on that then once you're used to your schedule (study and food time need to be scheduled) then add gym to the schedule. If you start with too much you're just gonna burn out. Honestly try not to be too worked about the numbers because college is the time to explore and have fun. Workout when it feels good, aim for liking what you see in the mirror. Any workout is a good workout
