Many of yall are overtraining, not so much where your body will start to fall apart. But you’re sabotaging your recovery by going to failure for every set of every workout
No I like to be able to workout more frequently but keep my tissues and joints happy. I also like to consistently be twitchy and recovery quickly. Periodization matters
