Take a multivitamin and electrolyte supplement. Keeping your essential vitamins and electrolytes maintained is the best way to not feel like shit during a cut. Also, potatoes are a cheat code. Super satiating, easy to make, taste great, amazing micronutrient profile (tons of potassium) and cheap as hell.
