Critique my leg day: 3x7 Hip Abductor, 3x7-9 Hip Thrusts, 3x8 Bulgarians, 3x8 Glute focused Back Extensions, 3x8 Kickbacks (I hit adductors on an upper day)
I'm mainly wondering if I should add an isolated hamstring exercise

Personally 2 sets is more than plenty, especially if your going pretty close to failure. Everything else looks fine. As long as your progressing in some form that’s all that matters

I don't think you need that much glute volume assuming you're training hard

You should, hinge movements only train the hamstrings in the lengthened position, so you need an exercise that performs knee flexion such as the hamstring curl.
