Change the routine altogether. Same muscle groups, different exercises in different order

try your best to do something every day (or at least 3x a week.) just getting TO the gym is the biggest part, and not every day has to be a hard workout

Make it a set part of your routine so you know that you'll have to go to the gym at specific times
