Any tips for slimming thighs down? I lowkey wanna loose weight there but I don’t know where to start chafing is a big issue for me.

You’ll lose weight in the order that your body puts weight on, so if your body is currently putting weight on your thighs then your thighs will shrink first. Best way to do it is remain in a calorie deficit, drink zero calorie carbonated beverages and eat slower to get your body to think you’re full. Then just exercise like normal and try to walk as much as you can. If you want you can pick up a sport and train accordingly to that to help pass time.

Losing weight is like draining a pool, the shallow ends/parts drain first before getting to the deep parts. Deficit plus gym consistency

Your welcome, and enjoy the grind. Take a bunch of progress pictures even when you don’t see much progress. Every second you look at your progress after a hard day of work is the best, so keep up at it. You got this!!
