Question yall, im 5’8 195 lbs, i just started doing forearm workouts for the first time (properly did bjj so no real forearm work needed) but even now i notice I have NO vascularity, even at 141 lbs I didn’t. Any tips?

Any cardio where you get your heart rate up to 120 will help with vasularity. LISS is really good
