Okay this may sound dumb but I’m stuck at 160 pounds. I’m trying to get to at least 200 as fast as possible. What do you guys eat to help put on weight fast and what workouts do you recommend?

protein shakes and bars are a good way to get cals in

There are no workouts specifically for weight gain. Weight gain comes from eating more calories than you burn so keep your protein up, incorporate foods with high fat content (fats have a ton of calories), and eat enough carbs to fuel your workouts
