
I’m very fortunate I’m someone who it takes very little to get amped abt the gym. Just thinking abt what I’m gonna hit the next day or watching a TikTok abt the gym is enough. But I would say I do little things to get yourself excited about it. Like finding a new exercise you’ve always wanted to try or change up your split. Something new. Maybe chase the pump for a week or two just to see some veins pop lol. Maybe follow a new fitness influencer who gives advice. Just change something.
