I feel so unbelievably fatigued and lowk nauseous during leg day. Does anyone else experience this and/or have tips?

Fatigue comes from being tired. Take a nap in between sets. I bring my heated blanket to the gym to help me out with that. Nausea is a state of mind. Reality is perception. Just tell yourself you aren’t nauseous and you’ll be aight.
