Calories in < calories out. I suggest getting macro factor to track all ur macros man. Try going into a bigger deficit and add more cardio and see if that helps. If it doesn’t, I’d go to a nutritionist bc somethings wrong

Calculate your new basal energy expenditure, and calculate a ball park number for maintenance calories. Then, go under that by 100 cals. a day.
