Doing leg press in general is crazy. Go touch a barbell.

So actually I can lift more on a leg press bc the bars are way to large for my shoulders

I literally am unable to do barbell squats because my shoulders can’t externally rotate enough to hold the bar on my back. Doing hack squat and leg press until (if) I build up the mobility. I guess front squats are an option but fuck that
