Hot take: The gym should be a judgment-free zone. Not everyone is there to be built like a Greek god; some just want to stay active for their future grandkids. Leave the ego at the door and just let people lift.

I literally am unable to do barbell squats because my shoulders can’t externally rotate enough to hold the bar on my back. Doing hack squat and leg press until (if) I build up the mobility. I guess front squats are an option but fuck that
