A lot of people have a hard time losing weight and fighting cravings while in a deficit. I promise one of the easiest “cheat codes” to losing weight is treating processed sugar like you have a deadly food allergy and never ever eat it.

Carbs are an important factor to building energy within muscles and important when eating lower calories. So you can still eat them as long as you count. Sugar only becomes poison after reaching that count

You can have carbs don’t get me wrong, but the impact sugar has on insulin resistance causes increased appetite and creates a positive feedback loop with hormones that lead to weight gain.
