 Okay another update. In the end I had 4 puncture wounds in my left arm, and had to get 100+ stitches around my mouth and lips to get everything back together. Things have healed up very nicely, and stitches are now out. I will be in the gym next week!

You got it once you can get it back again. Injuries are tough but your body remembers that muscle. Keep your head up
