looks like a women’s workout, prioritizing legs/glute and core and less arms and chest/back

i am a woman lol, but i was just tryna make sure i got everything, definitely taking yall’s advice to split legs up in different days or drop like half of the workouts

it really depends on your goals but i do about 16 sets of squats for legs to start so really whatever is optimal for your growth is what i’d do
