
agreed, but look at it this way. We are in our bodies 24/7. Of course we are going to have a skewed vision of ourselves, but that doesn’t mean everyone sees us the way we see ourselves. I feel like I dont look like i lift often, but then I see how i used to look, or how I look next to my partner, and I recognize that its just the brain only seeing that day by day progress, not the month to month
